Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience at Be The Momentum. You may request, unless specifically stated on registration materials, a refund for your registration or donation. The deadline to receive a refund, minus the administrative fees, processing or other additional charges, for your registration or donation is 30 days after completing registration or donation. However, no refunds will be given for any reason, medical or otherwise, 15 days or fewer before the event, and registrations are not transferable.
Other Policy Guidelines
- Refund request received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
- Refund request will be accepted in email only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
- In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be available to those who registered within 30 days of the event's cancellation. All others will have to refer to the event's policy on refunds regarding events cancellation.
