Carpe Diem has been a mantra for me for years, but this year in this pandemic, it resonates. Make the most of everyday. Join me in supporting the Angel Fund at Rex which supports women who need financial assistance through cancer treatment, and the Kay Yow Foundation which provides mammograms to underserved areas. 

In the 15th anniversary of this event, I invite you to join me in a bicycling challenge. I am going to ride 15 miles, 15 times between September 10 & the event date of October 10.
